Today, October 2nd 2008, was the day of the test. As a TA I gave an exam and two quizzes today, then I took an exam myself for good measure. What a day.
Now you might say: How did you do in the exam you took this afternoon? Well, it’s nice of you to ask. I feel very middle-of-the-road about it. I did well. Not great. Not bad. Just well. If I were a baseball player it would be a one-for-three day with a sacrifice fly. That’s nice. Not great. But nice. If you string a bunch of games (or exams) like that together you’re in good shape.
I just finished watching the Phils beat the Brewers in game two of the NLDS. A 2-0 lead looks wonderful.
So now I’m grading quizzes. The end of a testy day.
