How do they see the Voters through the Trees?

As political ads saturate the media I recall the words of Jesus:

“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” Matthew 7:3-5 (NIV)

Both of the primary candidates in the presidential election have disappointed me. I understand that it is necessary to run a negative campaign, but I don’t like it. I might vote for Joad Cressbeckler. . .

Here is my message to Obama and McCain: Tell me about your policies. Tell me what you will do. Tell me what you will not do. Don’t tell me about your opponent.
