Another Farewell

One major drawback to living in a college town is having to say goodbye frequently. This week Ryan & Sarah moved to a place where the bourbon flows like water, all the horses are fleet of foot, and the grass is blue.

We have been part of the same Life Group (you could call it a Bible study, small group, home fellowship, etc.) at State College E-Free for the past 2½ years. In that time we have made quite a few memories.

I’ll always think of Ryan & Sarah whenever Settlers of Catan is discussed. Ryan introduced me to the music of Robert Earl Keen, Snickers Adventure bars, Camden Yards, real barbeque, and both Ryan & Sarah played a role in convincing me to start watching the greatest show on television, The Office (so many people recommended the show I was compelled to watch it . . . for some reason the same amount of hype for Lost failed to move me).

Many blessings to you, Ryan & Sarah. I’ll be praying for you guys . . .
